Request some info about registration process.
Q: Hi, kindly shed some light on:
current guidance value,
what are the items included in calculating the total sum to be paid (eg. is parking space counted?),
how much is stamp duty and how much is registration fees?
In case there is a spreadsheet created, can you kindly share this with me please?

Latest Answer: Previously the stamp duty was 5 percent now it will be beyond 6 percent. The registration charges was 1 percent and it is going to increase by Rs 200 for JDAs and related power of attorney.

Q: Any inputs/reviews about Keerthi gardenia or SLS square.I am planning to book an apartment in one of these.I heard Keerthi gardenia has some land disputes.Anybody has any updates on it?
How is the SLS developer group in general.I mean construction quality and other stuff.

Latest Answer: SLS Square is an ongoing project of SLS Developers. The project consists of 2bhk and 3bhk with modern amenities and the project is also approved by BBMP. SLS Square is very close to Kundanahalli Road. SLS Square will consist of 248 units with G +4 floors and 6 blocks.
