Latest Answer: Hello Rohit, They are providing 2/3/4 BHK flats and also commercial space also. And i think their basic selling price will be nearer to the 60 lac for 2bhk and 75 for 3bhk but not sure. But the locality is really superb as per standart life style bcz all facilities we need like, hospital, school, railway station are too much near and most important 2 IT parks are there near to the akurdi. See Dr. D.Y patil college 2.5 km, Akrudi railway station 2km, Aditya birla hospital 4km, Talawade IT park 7km, Hinjewadi IT park 10km, Bhakti shakti the most intersting spot, park 12 km, near to the nigdi, And also the location akrudi connectiong to Talegaon also.
