Oceanus Vista - any news on launch ?
Q: Hi,
we are planing to buy a property in Vista. The marketing person is stating that another month from now, they will launch Vista and nearly every flat is sold. Any suggestions/ views?

Latest Answer: Hi Shreya, Oceanus is a reputed Kerala based builder and they have entered Bangalore real estate market through monarda and vista.. my suggestion would be, you can get a remarkable discount in pricing of around 5 lakh from the market price..
