Q: Can any of the residents please give me a frank opinion about this project? Any negatives or positives? Any opinion will be welcome and helpful. Thanks in advance.

Latest Answer: The Project is located in Magadi Road and within distance between 0.5km to 2KM from the project we have Mall like Mantri Mall. The project is approved by BBMP, BDA, BESCOM, BWSSB, Airport Authority of India, BSNL. The Garden offers 2bhk and 3bhk with modern facilities. HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, ICIC Bank, LIC Housing Finance Ltd, State Bank of India are providing home loans. In short it is good project.

Any problem or issue with the project the gardens?
Q: Are there any problems or issues with the project why are there so many unsold properties? Only 350 of the 937 apartments are occupied what is the issue with the project. Will it be foolish to buy in the gardens?Reason why the builder is not able to sell?
