Q:I have noticed a duplex house on Hoshangabad Road, Bhopal which is already constructed but it has some cracks on the wall. The sellers are telling that it is not a major issue and can be repaired. Can I trust the sellers and go ahead with the property?
Latest Answer: It happens sometimes if the soil is mixed with sand, so it is better if you get it checked by the any RCC experts as it may create problem in long run. Or you can ask the sellers to rectify the damage immediately before selling.
