Latest Answer: The government of Haryana is funding for the roads which will open on Delhi-Gurgaon express way. The commuters travelling by their own car have to pay toll for Rs 27 for every trip to the express way. The Haryana government has decided to go ahead using state fund in-spite of the objection from the highway ministry. There is no question of change in plan.
