Geting copy of approved layout plan
Q: Is there any online service from where I can get copy of approved HUDA layout?

Latest Answer: These links are plain bullshit by hmda. They dont update site deliberately to allow the fraudsellers to sell plots using fake lp numbers stating that hmda site is never up to date. They get their cut in the process. Its nice to be rewarded for not doing the work you are paid for.

Latest Answer: Hi Puneet ..i also heard that HMDA is also making efforts to distribute land use certificates at their office centre. This certificate can easily be obtained by giving village name and survey number. They are also planning to extend this facility to Mee Seva centres in the next three months.

Latest Answer: Hello Shiva..some builders do not take approval from HMDA which is compulsory. Before booking ant apartment make sure you collect all necessary documents from builder. Banks also provide loan if the project is approved to HMDA.
