Q:This is my experience with Innovative Constructions with regards to Innovative Petal. After paying a huge price and setting myself to be on debt for a really long time expectations were slightly high and I am left disappointed with what I've got.There is not one room in my house where there is not a broken tile the same in the toilets as well. The tiles are not laid properly and the tiles in bathrooms are of different colors. The quality of the materials used and the workmanship is very bad. There are very visible thick cement marks between tiles in some areas. Finishing is the worst. I've seen tons of other buildings immediately after the construction is over and Innovative Construction's finishing seems to be the worst in my opinion. One of the windows in our Kitchen balcony fell off and broke because the frame was not fixed properly. It is still not fixed and it is not straight, they just pull some fillings to make sure it is not loose. The Sliding doors do not function properly and how many ever times you call the Supervisor, Manager and the MD of Innovative Constructions nothing has happened. I've been trying to follow up for the last 8 months and nothing has been completed. The good thing about Innovative Constructions is they do not say they won't do it and the bad thing is they will never come. Intercom lines are very bad and Intercom is not working in many flats as well. I can give more details regarding my house and what all did not work well but I think I will stop here. Also I do not want to speak up in detail regarding the other construction issues in the society, which might be unfair to the other residents.I was looking for reviews(good & bad) when I was researching about Innovative constructions and if I have to go with Innovative Petal but couldn't find much online. Hopefully this will help someone get additional insight before they make a very important and major decision in their life.
Q:Hi, I am about to book a flat in Innovative Petal at Marathahalli. I have few queries: 1. Any legal issues with property ? 2. How is developer (in terms of quality, alteration request, material, deliverable) ? 3. Any issues in taking a home loan with national Bank ? 4. Will it make difference of having railway track next to property while reselling ? Any feedback will be highly appreciated.

1. There doesn't seem to be any legal issue, as project has been approved by many banks.
2. About developer, not 100% sure, but to my knowledge, it is good only. Regarding alterations, i am not sure, as I have still not requested any, but I think nothing will be for free..
3. no issues in taking home loan.
4. Reg Railway track, I dont think there should be any issue.. Instead there is an open space, lake, after that so it will be a good property with natural air and light benefits.
