Latest Answer: It is reported that the additional charge will be charged to the buyers of the properties. The cost of any property will increase by 25 to 50 rupees per square feet in the state.

Latest Answer: After a long gap of eight years, the Secunderabad Cantonment board officials has started triennial revision of property tax assessment for 2011-2012. The Secunderabad Cantonment board has also planned to raise additional revenue of Rs 5 crores in the next quarter.

Q: When is the revised ready reckoner going to get implemented?

Latest Answer: Because of slow pace in realty market the government has paused the revision work for the time being. A meting was held between the IGR and the ministers to discuss about the revision work. Majority demanded a revise ready reckoner to be implemented by 1st January 2012.
