Property Tax on unregistered property.
Q: Who liable to pay property tax of unregistered property? Is it fair to give notice to previous owner than a new owner?

Latest Answer: Yes what you said is correct, in civic body record previous owner will be liable for property tax or other expense till the property is registered in new owner’s name.The new owner name will not be included in record unless the formalities of transfer of property are done.
