Q:Hi All,This is for the Oceanus Tranquil project which is almost ready for registration this year. My question is about the maintenance charges that the builder is collecting in advance1) They ask for a high 3.5 per sq feet charges. Is this normal? They say that nowadays the maintenance charges is this much2) They also plan to collect GST for this maintenance. My understanding is that if the monthly amount is less than 7500 we dont need GST3)For the first year is not the responsibility of the builder to take care of the maintenance?

Q:Guyes i have a flat in Supertech capetown which was expected to be deliver in April 2014, recently i have visited the site where their is no progress at all and seems they will not be able to deliver within this year too.i am concern about the quality and delay in projects, do any have any fair idea about the posession timing.

Q:Hi - We have a flat in 'M' block, but haven't got possession yet. I understand this is a low budget mass housing project, but how long can one wait? Six years have already passed by. I was wondering why aren't people joining hands to put some pressure on the builder.....if anyone is interested please email me at saikat_chatterjee@outlook.com...just today I learnt from their site office that construction work was on hold for almost year..year and a half due to 'political issues'. They are milking the fact that the buyers cannot come together to put pressure on them...I think it is high time for buyers who haven't got possession to come together to put some pressure on the builder.
