Q: Which is a better option buying a plot and then planning for house construction or to buy a ready to move flat? Please advice.
Latest Answer: What I feel is that buying a plot and then planning for the construction of house is one of the tooughest tasks. I prefer more for ready to occupy flats wherein we can take possession immediately. According to the study by leading realty broking firm it is found that there is more demand for the apartments and flats which are “ready-to-occupy“.
