Q:Hi, I have invested 26 lakh 50 thousand for 3 falts with Gurha Kalyan but now i got to know it is a fraud company. All the phone numbers are switched off and the office is also always closed. I am really worried about my hard earned money.. I have filed and FIR already along with hundreds other people. So somebody please advise what can be done for this???
Latest Answer: They have given us affidavit i got it verified from Lawyer, he said documents are valid but now the builder is not answering calls. Office also shutdown. More than 200 people have invested in lakhs :(
Q:Every1 here is fake n cheater...top to down. They make false commitments and take advance money from you, post which they deny making any such commitment. Beware of these cheaters plss.Even the owner Mr. Manoj Agarwal was very well behaved when I met him before giving the advance. Post that, they even deniied the payment terms & conditions at what else is flat no. 903 they had assured me initially. Post the advannce payment, after 15 days when I paid the second instalment and asked for the agreement for sale, they denied saying that we can't sell this flat, pls look for some other flat in the building.Evryone is into some other direction with no sync among the company employees, be it Manoj ji, Ritesh, Chandraprakash or Rakesh...all fake cheater people.PLS BEWARE OF SUCH THIEFS IN THE MARKET.
Q:The owner is mischieving people. The builder and owner made a deal earlier, I gave the advance booking and after 15 days they say they are getting higher prices so will not give you. Don't go with these cheaters. They will delay and will not properly document it. Hell.
Latest Answer: Hi Enquired recently for my son to purchase got response as apartment will not get OC certificate and building has lot of deviations from the approved plan construction quality is not up to the mark top floor has leakage etc dont book without proof of OC certificate even they offer at lower price dont regret later lot of new rules may come in future to demolish illegal constructions that doesnt have OC occupancy certificate i know bangalore has lot of apartments without OC certificate. but OC may not be important now in future after 25 years without OC you may not get buyers if you want to sell your apartment unit Take a future perspective decision
Q:Runwal has reputation of asking for extra money at the end before giving the possession and harassing for the same.He has done in many projects in mumbai like Anthurium, Greens. whats your view on this?

Q:I purchased plot in gated community of Guruva Paradice and the site was showing ready to move in there website, also there sales person told that site will be ready for construction of house shortly, but it has been more than 9 month I bought property here, after February 2015 they have stopped all the development work in the gated community and also not answering to any quarries of investors, Company owners hiding from investors and not giving no concrete answer when the site will be ready to move in, they have been changing there office often also development work is ongoing in other projects but nothing in Guruva Paradise. These fraud Investors should be banned and should be put behind bars, we have this plot registered in our names, not sore what legal action we can take against builder has he has not given any deadline in written for completing development of the gated community, any suggestions are welcome.

Q:I booked an apartment (D-302) in Marvel, Niho Scottish Garden, Indirapuram (UP) in April 2008. At the time of booking, I was told that the apartment will be ready for possession by August 2009. The formal agreement, which we signed, mentions that the apartment will be ready for possession by October 2009. Based on that I paid 95% of the apartment cost in advance. For that I also took home loan from Bank for which I am paying very high interest rate.
Now for past so many years I am following up with you but unfortunately the builder is not giving any satisfactory answer. They never informed about the delay in project, change in management, even change in the plan (initially they told two towers of 5 floors each, which they now have changed to one tower of 14 floors and may change it again) etc. There is no written or verbal communication by the company about the delay or any changes. Every time I called them they come up with a new story or excuse. Moreover their staff is changing every time so you deal with new person all the time.
So far there is no construction at the site. I am circumspect about this builder. Below is their contact details

I know quite a few other members who also paid good amount of money to this builder. They are also helpless like me. We are thinking of going to the court but unsure of lengthy legal processing. Moreover, builders are known in twisting the contractual clauses to their favor.

Latest Answer: The builder has refused to return the amount despite requests from me. Amount given by me has been dishonestly misappropriated and the all the accused have committed criminal breach of trust and cheated the complainant. Respectfully on the order of court an FIR bearing no 0291/2015 is lodged at P.S. Hauz Khas Delhi on 16 Mar 2015.
Q:As like many others here I've also stuck in the project by MJ Multitech. I've paid 2 Lakhs as advance and the "Smart" builder opposed to give me the flat that I wanted to buy. I asked for a refund and then on-wards these people are unavailable and irresponsible like they don't even know me. Dear friends don't be cheated by these fraud people out here. Q:It is clear that this builder is dragging the project since 2008 as Iam living near to that site and was interested initially (now also). The builder makes all false commitments and is a fraud. The people who bought flats there feel that they are trapped. They paid 1L each for club house and now they are worried on what worthy items they will be provided.
I really wonder, why the buyers haven't approached the consumer court yet?
