Q: Hi, what is the real estate market situation in Delhi NCR during this festive season? Any discounts thats coming in ???

About Flat in Santhosapuram near Medavakkam Chennai

Hi All,
We are planning to book a flat in Santhosapuram, vengaivasal main road. The flat is opposite to New Prince sri bhavani engg college and near to green home flats.

Builder name : Jelsi constructions.
Price: 4000/sq. feet + 2 lakhs for car parking.
Stilt + 2 floor (each floor 3 houses) - ours is first floor
No amenities
total : 990 sq.feet; carpet area: 700 sq.feet; UDS: 550 sq.feet

Is it worth for this price? any one knows about the ongoing price there?
and please help me about this area too.
