Great Facilities and Nice Staff at Indya Estate Skyview
Q: I am amazed with the luxurious facilities that Skyview by Indya estates provides for the affordable price it has to offer. It has great facilities and uses superior quality products. The staff was very respectful and passionate towards their work. They explained and showcase every aspect of the apartment and highlighted every little detail about the property to perfection, which makes me very happy about the fact that my money was worth this beautiful apartment

Latest Answer: As far as I know the payment milestone is a s follows: On Booking : 20%, On Plinth : 10%, On 1st RCC slab:15%, 2nd RCC Slab : 15%, Brick Work : 10%, Plaster : 10%, Flooring & fittings : 10%, Finishes : 5%, Possession : 5%, Grand Total : 100% You can consult the other buyer for further clarification. It is about 28kms from Hinjewadi to Ivy estate. for booking an apartment in the project you have to talk with the sales representative of Ivy Estate.
