I purchased an apt here in 2012 but dont live in NCR. Any news of completion? What does the builder say?
Q: Every month they put up the same construction picture on the website. Any news on when they are going to complete it and give possession? What recourse is available to us buyers?

Latest Answer: Hi, I have got notice for final payment. It includes additional charges for meter connection , CCTV, beam barrier etc. Are you paying for it? Is there any compensation from builder for delay?

No news on the flat progress from past 6 years
Q: From 6 years no news on the flat I bought, still in progress and no news about owner/builder. Builder staff members are not responding. Office seems like not to be working.

Latest Answer: it is almost completed, just need to finish by setting up lifts, Garbage chute, transformers,generator, and Electrical and Water fittings like that. may be he have 20- 30 flats to sell for last 4 years. All flat owners joined and residents association with in last 2 months. Waiting for formalities and decisions.

Q: What are the reasons for delaying the completion time of the apartments in Mumbai?

Latest Answer: As the sales are reduced, the inflow of cash is also decreased. Hence the builders are not spending adequate cash for the completion of the running projects. That is the main reason for the delay in completion time of the running projects.
