Q: Population in Delhi is rapidly increasing.. the city is getting very congested day by day.. How to accommodate all the residents?

Latest Answer: Agree with Akshay. The Delhi 2021 master plan doubles the size of Delhi from 700 km to 1400 km. The plan envisages 30% open areas including 15% recreational areas (imagine) and wide roads, etc. These are the 5 sub cities. This might well be the real estate opportunity of recent times, so anyone who invests in these new areas in Delhi today would see megafold increase in his/her investment starting 5 years hence.
