Q:hi,i have my flat in antriksh golf view 1, tower C. Builder is asking to pay maintenance fee since possession without giving OC & CC. Has anyone else also got such notice??

Builder can deliver possession of flat to flat owners only after OC is received from Noida Authority. Once you have taken possession of flat builder will charge maintenance. Builder cannot compel you to pay day to day expenses until completion certificate has issued and society has formed. You should dispute your liability to pay maintenance as no OC is issued and common amenities promised have not been provided for.

Q:HI, Builder is saying possesssion will be Dec'2014 +6 month grace perÃod. Is possesion possible within 1 Year? I hope agv buyer celebrate holi 2015 in there house?
Latest Answer: The builder offered possession in 2017. The builder has used sub standard material. Our curtain rods has fallen thrice. We had to re plaster the kitchen twice to install the chimney. There is shortage of parking space and the builder is pushing the residents to share mechanical parking. So 2 flat owners will have to share a single parking. The flat design is very bad alot of area has been wasted in the balconies. No sufficient space in the wardrobes. The builder has constructed additional floors without the knowledge of residents now forcing the residents to sign NOCs on the behest of getting registrations done. Do not buy!
Q:Hi, After going through the news i was thinking of investing in noida extension but further comparison of the prices has confused me. The prices in noida, greater noida and noida extension are all in the nearby range only… just a matter of some Rs 1000 but..which area is expected to appreciate more ?? also in terms of livability which will be good?
