Latest Answer: Hi all, end of the day when it rains for one hour or few hours whole chennai metropolics becomes venice, water logging anywhere and everywhere, well coming to velachery, the velachery main road from check post thru Phoenix mall , gurunanak college, westin Hotel via dhandeeswaran market place to vijayanagar will become inundated with so much water, so much water logging with the roads in bad condition, and it is not more than 40 to 50 feet width, coming down to 35 feet in come places will be nightmare, even in dry period, forget about rainy season, but just quarter to half kilometer across in the velachery 100 feet, bye pass road, there is absolutely no water logging, or any water stagnation in any form, or in any way. it is the best road and best place to look, choose and to see this in real during rainy season. it is not that overall velachery is water logged, it is in some places is very bad, some places bad to average, and some places there is no water logging even after 2 days rain

Latest Answer: Hi, there is some delay in these project but when i contact with the builder they said that project will completed till aug 2015 . there are not giving proper information about quality and construction status. In my point of view please get details information and then think to invest in these project. If any one got any information related to this project let me know.
