Q: I am comparing cost of property in dhokali and balkum area. Runwal Garden city has lil lower price than other projects like highland garden with is in same locality. why is it like that?

Latest Answer: Hi Dev, Rs.50/sq-ft will be the floor rise charges. Yes, they have applied for the OC and waiting for it. They will get it within 1-2 months. As far as approval is concerned, TMC has approved this project and all the required approvals are in place except OC. Almost all the leading banks and financial institutions have approved this project for home loan. Booking amount will be Rs. 5 lacs and rest of the amount at the time of registration.

Q: I have been staying in RGC for almost 3 year now and can convincingly say that this is the most pathetic builder I have ever come across. The facilities are next to ZERO and still they charge a huge maintenance charge. Security at night is always missing, people from nearby slums forcefully park their vehicles in our parking and builder is not ready to look into it. Once the slum people were also having a binge party late night in the garden near the old sales office and security ran away fearing them.. The facilities manager is very arrogant and is always giving excuses.. there are many other issues which the builder refuses to look into; like the approach which was promised during sales or the delay in the club facilities.. If someone is planning to buy an apartment, suggest that they get a feedback from existing residents..
