How Reliable is this builder??? How will be the quality of the apartment??

Latest Answer: hello don't trust this builder..one of my known person bought a flat in Keelkattalai and occupied in 2011. he told me construction quality is not good..they have used worst tiles.The builder has not used a proper box to close the EB juction point where the EB meter is kept.

Review on Brundavan Gardenia/ Brundavan Presidency constructed by Brundavan Constructions.
Q: I am planning to invest in a property at Vijay Bank Colony near Bannerghatta road with Deccan Properties. This is their first venture under this name but they are the same builders associated with Brundavan Constructions. I would like feedback from anyone living in either Brundavan Gardenia or Brundavan Presidency on their experience with the builders, the quality of the homes they are living in..and any general feedback for my reference.

Latest Answer: Thanks everybody for the quick reply, We are interested in buying flat there but came to know from someone living on the same road about some very serious water scarcity issues....has anyone heard about it....what can be done to arrure ourself for the sufficient availability water throughout the year.

Feedback on KG Signature City
Q: Hi! I just booked a 3 BHK flat in KG Signature City. The downside with them is there is no closed car parking facility. They provide only open car parking. This is ridiculous for the Chennai type of weather. Lack of Modular Kitchen and storage facilities in the interior. Any comments on the pros and cons you observed with KG Signature City? We have to really form a good and strong association of buyers to jointly request for betterment of the facility and our living. Any thoughts?
