construction update on BPTP Park Elite Premium
Q: Hi,

it has been so many years and no sign of possession from BPTP. I bought a flat in BPTP PArk Elite Premium and still awaiting. Today I received an email asking for VAT amount to be paid else there will be interest charged. Not sure what is the buyer have done wrong to invest in such property which is waiting in eternity..

Latest Answer: Hello, Had a joint complaint been filed already? I am the same boat and awaiting possession of the apartment allotted in Park Elite Premium. Now they say, the it will be ready in Oct 2017. Ashish Ghosh, New Delhi

With such low ethics (see details below), how will they do justice to the services they promise to offer?
Q: We had purchased one unit in Tower 6 already and went to visit our property today. We have already taken care of the payments and wanted to plan the closing. We went there at 5.15pm, but were treated like some unwelcome people, and sent back at the gate, saying the office closed at 5pm. Is this the way to treat a buyer? I wish someone had guided us with some basic information and a plan to meet them the next time - instead we were disrespectfully sent away. The receptionist there (Mr.Mohan) and his boss (Ms.Devyani) went to the extent of saying you can go and complain wherever you want. I am guessing they are used to treating clients rudely so they could not see the difference. We were shocked by this experience. It is a shame and really wish people learn to respect people. They could have been gentle with us and we would have become proud members of the community and referred more people. Instead this incident left a very bad taste with us. Really wish we were not associated with such an organization.

Q: Hi All, Be careful,
Customers will not get Occupancy Certificates (OC) because of there are deviations in the current construction.

In ground and first floor already constructed apartments (7) where it was supposes to be open area.
Behind B Block’s common area selling as private area for B-Block rear apartments.

Builder started this illegal construction s in the apartment after SBI’s payment release.

Additional to above existing major deviations he is also planned to construct pent house.
Careful guy’s apartment without OC and A-Khata transfer is as simple as like buying a car without Key.
And in worst cases after few days BBMP officials may come to demolish the entire building. This was already seen in Bangalore for few deviated projects.

Lets fix a date all together meet at site.

Please advise me.

Conflicting info about Sobha Daffodil on common floor
Q: You have mentioend that there are 800 residences but the no. of units at Sobha Daffodil in 432. Hence is your count of residences a reliable value when it comes to check the scale fo the project.

Like to more details about the management to handle so many at the same time.
Q: You are opening so many projects at the same time. Is it possible to finish ? I do not see any other builder has this many. What is the assurance you are giving to investors.

Latest Answer: According to the rep from Dreamz I talked to, there are 40 projects currently underway across Bangalore. That's quite a bit.

Yes you are rightHilite Metromax Kozhikode received six star CRISIL rating and the project is by HiLITE Builders Pvt. Ltd. & their office located NH Thondayad By-Pass. HiLITE HARMONY, HiLITE MANOR and even famous FOCUS MALL are their completed projects. I would rate excellent for these builders.
