Q: Hi All,


I'm planning to buy an apartment in atz splendor from atz properties. I want to know how si the builder and how can we trust the apartment. Recently I went for site visit the apartment was beautiful. The entrance is superb but I want to know the reviews from you all. Could you all can help me out.

Review about ATZ Builders and ATZ Areva Project
Q: Hi, I need to know reviews about ATZ Builders in Bangalore.I especially need to know feedback about the ATZ Areva project in Marathalli Sarjapur ORR. It looks good from the plan and layout.Has anyone checked about the legal clearance of the land and how good this builder is and feedback about his past projects from the owners?

Latest Answer: The legal is cleared as per I cross verified and they have pre launching offer it seems which sounds good and I hope the apartments will be delivered quickly asap. If anyone is serious about buying the apartment then please share me your contact info so that we can share our views.

Q: Hi,Want to know regarding ATZ Splendor from ATZ Properties in Thanisandra. How is this project and is it worth investing for a 3 BHK in this project. Rate offered is 2950 per sqft. They have completed projects like ATZ grandeur , and Patial. Any Idea ???

Latest Answer: Regarding maintenance, we have been charged & paid upfront maintenance for 2 years (1st year @ Re.1/- per sq.ft & 2nd yr rs.2.50 per sq. ft . we paid around 44,000/-
