Q:Hi everyone,I have visited the site and found the location and future plans quite good.I have collected the dossier of legal documents from their Indiranagar office - found the dealings quite shady - unabashed mention of black money, no signboard fearing raids etc!Would like to talk to someone who has already purchased a site here with loan after getting an independent legal opinion.Thanks.- Som.
Latest Answer: Hi Som, I understand your concern. I heard Signature Tulips is approved by BMRDA. LIC is providing home loans and it means without legal verification it wont lend. So I guess we can trust the project.
