I am interested in a flat in Suncity apartments.
Q: However, during my research online, i found that the residents association has been facing a lot of problems with the builder, like illegal usage of the property, Builder not not delivering on the amenities promised etc etc. Unfortunately, there are no upto date reports on those issues. Can anyone shed some light on their status as of now? Thanks.

Why are prices in Suncity low compared to its counterparts in same area? (like sobha), Is it only because of amenities? if not, what are the other reasons?

Latest Answer: Reasons can be many, may be ther are providing less amenities as compared to other projects or are the offering affordable housing to lure home buyers.
