Q:Hi I have purchased the flat for 28lakhs ( 24lakhs + 4 lakhs eminties/ club house/ parking ) I have question regarding registration cost + Vat + Service tax Can you please tell me how much expediture I will incurr Officals @ Vasathi are calculating @ actuals 28lkhs all the registration + VAT+ Service so total amount is coming down to 3.4 lkhs .Is there ay way to lower the cost. Swachh Bharat Cess-0.5% w.e.f.15.11.2015,
Krishi Kalyan Cess-0.5% w.e.f. 01.06.2016
So total Service Tax Rate will be-15%
