Q: Hi,
I'm looking out for plots in Devanahalli and most of the plots are BIAPPA approved. I'm more inclined towards SBI for home loan and was wondering if people from this group have availed plot home loans through SBI in BIAAPA approved layouts?

I've got multiple inputs from SBI HLC, SBI SecCaps, SBI Kormanagala RACPC office.
Few say they do approve.
Few say they don't as BIAAPA is outside Bengaluru and private layouts outside Bengaluru are not being considered by SBI from recent circular (Which I couldnot find anywhere online).

Please share your experience.
Latest Answer: Hi Prateek, as far my knowledge you can get the loan. There will not be any issue with BIAPPA approved. Reply your mail address i ll forward you some agent number they will make your work done.
