Q:Are there any who feel otherwise. would it be advisable to buy a ready to move in flat now when there are no issues of handing over in time and all that. specially with investment point of view alone.

Latest Answer: First Go to the work place inspect personnely every thing like building material they are using talk to the civil contract about the plan & satisfy yourself.
From my personal experience construction is very bad. quality is very low.
