I would like to know whether it will be advisable to purchase B Katha plot ? Request to please provide you suggestion and also what are the legal document required to see when purchasing the plot. Q:Hi, I'm interested in purchasing a flat and have zeroed in on a flat in Bangalore block Sunscape. When I obtained documents, I got to see that only B register or B-katha extract is issued, will Sobha pay the betterment costs when it is demanded? Or will the owners have to pay up? To obtain A katha? In future?
Also, how much maintenance charge is being sought? I understand that Sobha has taken 2 lakhs as maintenance deposit from the buyers and has put in a clause that if the maintenance exceeds the actual interest earned on deposit than it will be recovered by your owners ... so for 1420 SQFT flat how much is the monthly payment? Is there a separate charges for using the club house facilities? How are any such charges?
Can we get a copy of all documentation including occupancy certificate from owners association please? And finally Whom to contact in owners association? Name and number will be appreciated. Thanks
