Latest Answer: After doing a thorough home work and having explored all the projects in the close proximity of Gachibowli, I landed up picking Aparna Gardenia . They got a good land scape, awesome club house and state of art design which convinced to pay a little premium price compared to Market . Kokapet or Kondapur was my first choice but couldnt afford to go with those areas and landed up in Madinaguda as I am already living in this area from last 10 years.
Was curious to check for reviews and found mixed opinion about Aparna but none were specific to Aparna Gardenia.
It is definitely good so far as its not old enough and every villa here is ready to occupy, however I visited Aparna Blvd right next to this project and was not happy with maintenance. Hope Aparna Gardenia will not get into such mess and keep up the quality with good maintenance.
Its too early for me to comment on experience and would definitely come back to update my ratings in future

Latest Answer: Hello, We have done a lot of research and found this to be very promising, Features like no common walls, Tennis courts, Gated community, and needless to say a wonderful open surroundings (so far) for plenty of wind and sun. Best of all , it would be a 15 minute drive from here to hi-tech city, 25 mins in Traffic. which is not much now and don't expect much as metro rail (once implemented) is about 5 Minutes walk .
Only downside is the construction needs to be pushed hard, slow delivery,but we got ours delivered finally.
