Latest Answer: Hi Mr Akash, According to me, the nearby localities include Indira Park, Shankar Garden, Jeevan Park, Om Vihar, Mahindra Park, Bindapur, Vikaspuri and Dwarka Sector-3. The locality is connected to different parts of the NCR. For instance, there is direct connectivity to Noida through the metro. Also, it takes just 30 minutes drive to Gurgaon and 20 minutes to the airport.

Latest Answer: Hi Mr Harila, According to me, in Noida and Ghaziabad again, buyers haven’t had their fill of 1BHK units. In the new developing sectors, 1BHK units were leading the demand. Trend watchers feel that since the market has not shed the lull altogether, buyers are being cautious by going in for smaller units. While the end-user may be going in for a 2BHK, he’s also making sure that in future a smaller unit may be easier to sell. For an investor, 1BHK units in popular investment locales are undoubtedly a choice because it is easier to rent provided the job markets are in close proximity. This assures them of regular rentals.

Latest Answer: Delhi is nation's capital, and it has excellent connectivity to different regions.. Mainly connectivity is the reason for making it a prime real estate destination. WIth development of Delhi metro it accelerated the process even further. Another reason for attracting buyers would be the large number of tourist places and historically important places which are surrounding the Delhi region.

Q: What is happng in old delhi? people only investing for returns? no new projects coming up?kindly update

Latest Answer: Investors only look at Capital Appreciation . Once appreciation slows down, an investor looks for an exit. But for end users this property segment (luxury flats) has many benefits. When investors want to exit 'en masse' , end users will be able to find good deals . So to some extent it true . regarding projects people are interest in investing in Delhi NCR area right now.So if you are also looking at investment, you can real look for NCR region.

You can check out the ground floor for your showroom which will be helpfull for you.The larger shops are renting for less but it's only a matter of time once the Retail brands flock to this area in big numbers.
