Q:I heard that there are price hike in properties in Andheri East. Could anyone please tell me what is the number now. I am interested in investing in one.
Latest Answer: Three months ago, multi-storey apartments in Andheri East which were priced at Rs 12,000 per sq ft have now come up to Rs 15,000-17,000 per sq ft. Furthermore, average prices for residential property that were at Rs 9,000 in Oct-Dec 2009, are now Rs 15,000 in Oct-Dec 2012.As per experts, a rise of 30% is expected in Andheri East in coming 2 years.
