The stamp duty in Hyderabad is dependent on different criterias eg: sales deed or conveyance deed.
1. Sales deed (Stamp duty 4% and registration charges 0.50% )
2. Conveyance Deed (gift, mortgage, lease etc.) the stamp duty charges would be 5% and registration charges 0.50%.
