Q:We are interested to buy 2-3 bhk apartment at DLF town, Elita Garden Vista or Unitech Vista. Our budget is 55-60 lakhs, please let me know if any thing is available directly from the owner or builder, as we are trying to avoid brokers.
Also how easy it is to commute from action are 1 to DLF and Elita without a car.
