Latest Answer: HI friends, Even this news has been published in the newspaper. 6-people approached the consumer court against Mumbai-based Shree Krishna Constructions alleging unfair trade practice and giving false declaration to the NMC. The court ruled in favour of the complainants.

Latest Answer: Hi Aveek, As per my knowledge, Gorakhpur City Development Plan (CDP) 2021, projects usage of over 50 per cent of the total land for residential purposes which also includes parks and open spaces. In Nashik, experts in NMC are yet to take concrete steps in this direction. The space allocation for public parks and amusement areas is still under consideration.

Q: Hi all.. when is the govt going to start the Anandvalli housing project? Any idea?

Latest Answer: The NMC had chosen 11 locations in the city and has received approval from the central government under JNNURM to build 16,000 houses for the project. However, the civic body has decided to construct 11,200 houses as per the availability of land. Construction work for 8,000 houses has already been started at various locations in the city. In February, the NMC had allotted houses to the beneficiaries at their housing project in Nilgiri Bag.

Latest Answer: Hi all, the Corporation collects a property tax of Rs 4.40 to Rs 4.45 per square metre from industries and Rs 11 per sq metre is calculated from business houses. It charges Rs 22 per sq metre for hotels, but it is collecting less amount from some of the hotels..

Latest Answer: Hey Gurmeet, though it is risky to get water from other sources, the developers have welcomed the NMC’s initiative to save water. And they are planning to arrange water on their own for the construction activities.
