Q: I'm looking to move with my family from Bangalore to Mysore. Can someone tell me some good localities in Mysore?
Latest Answer: As mentioned above you should think of moving to the Vijayangar area. The land price in this area is appreciating because of the proximity to the IT companies. The area is well connected as the outer ring road and Hunsur road is very near the area. Most of the sites are approved by the Mysore Urban Development Authority (MUDA), so you should not have any hassles when it comes to purchasing the property.

Q: Have the Brigade Group given a possession date for their project, Brigade Palmgrove? I also want some information on the project?
Latest Answer: It is a brilliant choice that you are thinking of buying a property at Brigade Palmgrove. This project offers amenities like swimming pool, jogging track, intercom, recreational facilities, fire protection system, and garden. The villas use RCC framed structure, and the flooring of the villas are marble flooring for some rooms, vitrified tiles, and hardwood flooring for the master bedroom. The fittings in the bathroom are either Jaguar, Roca, or Kohler. Q: Should I invest in real estate near the Devaraja Market?
Latest Answer: Hey, if the Devaraja Market is finally refurbished as proclaimed by the MCC, then I think it will be a good idea to invest in real estate around this area. But you must take care not to go for residential areas too close to the market. People tend to avoid living too close to noisy commercial areas. Find a property that is accessible from the market at the same time not too close to the noise and traffic of the market.
