This is a warning letter for everybody.

Bestech group ,which is involved I real estate business is neither ,refunding the money given nor delivering the property possession.

So be careful paying them money or buying from them any property !!!!
Latest Answer: Did you discuss with the builder about your issue? Take the advice of a legal expert in this matter and send builder a legal notice. If he is still neglecting your mail then file a consumer suite against the builder and ask for the refund along with interest for the delay.

Q: There are so many residential projects in L Zone Dwarka but right now there is absolutely no infrastructure in the area. Builders are selling apartments by saying buyers that l zone will be a smart city in next 4-5 years. Is it really possible? What is your opinion regarding time taken in building basic infrastructure in L Zone (forget about smart city). Is it worth to invest 47 lakhs for a 2bhk flat in Victorian Privilege project in L zone by Victorian corporation developer?
Latest Answer: Maybe it the appropriate time for investment in the L Zone under the DDA Masterplan 2021but the buyer should not forget that extra time on the real use of the schedule on the land require by the authority. Therefore drafting that you are Investing in these times you will have to sit small for for a few years for the investment to grow. Compare the housing property before buying.

Latest Answer: yes Mr. Gautam... the prestigious signal free corridor from vikaspuri to wazirabad had been planned to be deliverd by mid of2015 but the work has been ongoing at a very slow pace and so there are minimal chances of it being completed on time...
