Latest Answer: If sources are to be believed, then a Mumbai based developer has one project in the city which has got 3 star rating. Land Trades proprietor said that these ratings confirm the quality work and delivery of project on time.The ratings will help the real estate developers to improve their performance. Land Trades is launching its latest project – Land Trades Atlantis that consists of 40 super luxury apartments over 14 floors on April 24.
