Stay on demolishing twin towers
Q: It seems that the Supreme Court has put a stay on the demolition of the twin towers by super tech builders- discuss!!

Latest Answer: It seems that the first sanctioning was for 24 floors and then construction started only later on were the other 16 floors added to make a total o f 40 floors.. is the foundation able to stand this extra floors.. it sure is a risky proposition..

Actual vs Commitment / shown -- NEVER BUY SUPERTECH
Q: Dear All

When we were going to buy the flat they have shown the sample flat and told us that we will get the exactly the same and even they said yes may be there is little difference but would be almost same...we were supposed to get the possession by Oct-2013 but as of today they are saying we will get by Oct-2014 now the issues are

1) Commitment Failure :- We have gone to see the and constructor said we will able to get by December end

2) (Making us fool) We have asked contractor to show us any house which is ready and house shown by him and the material used at that house is VERY much local not even Local i was thinking we have to re-build the complete flat and need to change the complete items. as as sample flat they have shown we will get diamonds fitted and now it is not even stones

we do accept there is diffrence between shown and what we will get and contractor said we can do it for you but you have to pay EXTRA else you will get the same Flat
it is ridiculous
