Want to sell my 2 bhk in Provident Welworth City
Q: Hi, I have a 2bhk in Provident Welworth City, which I want to sell, but I have been informed that I cannot get any khata because the Karnataka government has stopped issuing khata, and therefore I cannot sell my property. I need your guidance on this matter. An early reply will be highly appreciated.

Latest Answer: You need to visit local Grama panchayat office located near to your plot to pay your land tax. Before that make sure you have a land "Khata" created under your name. Right now there is no online system under BIAPPA jurisdiction but as per authority people ,it will be in place soon. Cheers ! Regards, Amruth S Rao
