Q: Unnati Fortune World is North India First Lake Facing Commercial and Residential Project with a 5 Star Hotel Property on Sector 144 Noida the biggest CommercialSector of Noida where Facilities Like Metro , ISBT (indias Biggest covering 50 Acre area),and already working six MNC's working from last 2 years and sector coming up with more Head offices and Group Housing Projects.

Latest Answer: Hi Mr Jeet, I am sure Gr Noida will become a huge residential destination one day but for now it will take at least 5 to 8 years from now unless Sectors of Noida like sector 137,135 ,168,to sector 151 are not fully developed people will not move to Gr noida.And if we see last three years scenario the approximate hike in the properties of Gr Noida is round about 10 to 15 percent in the case of commercials n appartments.

Q: I heard that cinema halls are being closed in Delhi, is it true? whats the reason?

Latest Answer: It has been informed that in order to convert the old cinema halls into multiplexes, the cinemas should have enough seating and space for auditoriums and commercial complexes. Also there should be wider roads, enough parking space and security arrangements in place. The cinemas need at least 18-m wide roads in front and ample parking area in which a 100 square meters space would hold at least three vehicles.
