Q: Can anyone suggest me which floor should I choose to live on a high rise building
Latest Answer: It is very difficult to say which floor is the best floor to live in because all the floors have some advantages and disadvantages. Top Floor: PROS: Less noise and less foot traffic, Lower heating cost during winters, better view of the city. CONS: Higher AC bills during summers, moving heavy items can be a problem, if lifts are under maintenance, it can be a pain. Middle floor: PROS & CONS: You need not have to climb as many stairs as top floors when the lift in under maintenance and a steady power consumption rate during each season Bottom Floor: PROS: Less AC bills, ground floor will get less light and dampness CONS: The security on ground levels is more compare to upper floors, ground floor remains comparatively cooler and power consumption is also low

Mysore and Mangalore are among the few which has witnessed some traction and a similar activity is expected to gain momentum in Belgaum.
