For your kind information, they don't plan to run malls and want to monetize them, nevertheless they continue to build them in their projects. In the Hebbal project, they are planning of bringing in a joint venture partner because their office portfolio is already large and they have big obligation and so they are trying to strike a balance. They are hoping to finish these transactions next year.

It is absolutely right that from the beginning of 2014 till date, private equity and venture capital firms and angel investors have invested a total of $1861.62 million in 50 projects across roads, ports, power and renewable energy.
Latest Answer: As per the company, they have around 17 road projects out of which 6-7 are not profit making. Few years back, everyone went aggressive when they thought that roads sector is a sunrise industry.
That time they did not understand there could be barrier in terms of right of way, or work will stop, cost will rise and government will not give extra claims because of which majority projects not going well.
