Latest Answer: Hi Asha, Do not go for AIMS project. Work completed by various builders. Hence it is better to stay away and look some other option in Sector-75 as well Maxbliss and Apex etc. I have heard that this project has received OC for 4 towers.

Latest Answer: In Golf Avenue-II they are now try to cheating by putting a huge penalties as delayed payment interest at the end of completion of full payments which they don't charged earlier in there previous demand letters.
