Latest Answer: Dont buy from Patel. They havent got OC for their first project. All the borewells are dry and water comes from tankers. the STP is not working in the first year itself. The area doesnt have basic transportation and they are not allowing BMTC to operate there. The roads are not maintained and amenities like tennis court are left incomplete and there is no provision for visitor parking
