I have two properties in Bangalore
Q: I am an NRI still carrying Indian passport and plan to settle abroad , I would be taking citizenship of Germany in the next 6 months , I have 2 sites in Bangalore and I may Inherit some property.. - What will happen to these 2 sites ? - What legal implications can arise if I happen to Inherit some property after I become a German Citizen , I will be applying for a PIO card immediately. Thank you

Latest Answer: I agree with Mr Bhargav. You may not have any problem now. But you need to take care from the tax point of view.
