Q:We are in gated community Apartment. Here Paying guest and Hostels are running by agent who is agreemtent with Owner. But not any agreement with who are staying in the house. Can we take any legal action
Latest Answer: For this legal action can be initiated by the Association if it is mentioned in the Bye-Laws of the Association or in the Sale Deed of the Apartment by the Builder that the Apartment is purely meant for Residential purpose and not for Commercial purpose. Otherwise they have to consult will an Advocate.
