Latest Answer: Hi, this project has residential and commercial areas here. The ground and first floor are reserved for commercial spaces and the possession is expected by Diwali. the rest of the floors are for residential area and there are options for 2 and 3 bhks.

Latest Answer: Hello, the booking of flats in ongoing now and the builder has promised to the investors that if 5% of the BSP is given at booking and 30% within a month then no more payments to be made till possession and after 2 and half year or at possession should you wish to sell, the builder himself can buy back by giving Rs 300 per sqft as premium

Q: How is this project from an end use perspective.. as far as i know there are many educational institution there right?? but how is the project???

Latest Answer: Yea Sunil you are right this project is located around 300 m away from the Shubharti university and is in a quite locality with many other institutes like the MIT and The Millenuim school etc.... the project is in soft launch phase and on plan is a 18 floor tower that will the tallest in Meerut.
