And since I am moving in with my family and children, I would like to know what kinds of facilities are available to me and my family. And also, can someone tell me which banks should I approach for getting a home loan for buying an apartment in this project.

This also add up along with the cost of parking slots, internal infrastructure development charges as well as the service charges also.
