Q:I’m really interested in buying a property in Vijay Nagar in Indore. Has anyone heard of the Gyansheela Super City? Can I get some more information about this project?
Latest Answer: I agree. Check out some other properties in this area before you settle. The problem with the Gyansheela Super City project is that I feel the apartment sizes are too small. The 1bhk is only 530 square feet and the 2bhk is only 900 square feet. And this is only the built-up area. The actual carpet area available to you might be smaller.
You can try out some other apartments in this locality like the Shikhar Balaji Skyz, or the Casa Greens. Both these projects are on A.B. Road. There is another Gyansheela project coming up on the A.B. Road – the Gyansheela Silk Space. I think you will like this better than the Gyansheela Super City
